Stretch and Refresh: Mindful Mobility for Stress Relief Group Class via Zoom
Thursdays 5:00-5:45 PM
(Starting October 1st, 2020)

A mindful stretching-based class that will focus on activating the muscles, mobilizing the joints and strengthening the body from head to toe. Special attention will be paid to balancing stress levels and movements to calm the nervous system and reinforce a strong mind-body connection.

Group Yoga for Women Over 40 to Support Serene Sleep via Zoom
Tuesdays: 6:30-7:15 PM
Starting September 29th, 2020
$15
Shake off some stress with a slower-paced, mindful, Hatha flow-style yoga class. The intention of the class is to increase mind-body connection and decrease stress to encourage the nervous system to shift back to the ‘rest and repair’ mode. It is in this state that we allow and encourage our bodies to renew and restore balance and more easily find more zzzzz’s.
