  • We’ll meet for 3 total sessions (via Zoom)
  • Meeting #1: We’ll go over a couple of Assessment Questionnaires that you will complete prior to your scheduled session. You can also share recent laboratory testing results with me (optional, but very helpful) so you can better define your concrete goals regarding making changes to your nutrition (for example, would you like to lower blood sugar, decrease inflammation, uncover food sensitivities, etc.)
  • Meeting #2: I will take all of the info from session 1 and determine some of my top recommendations for updating your current food choices.  During this session we will discuss those suggestions as well as your schedule, likes and dislikes and kitchen know-how to narrow down recipes that work specifically for you and/or your family.
  • Meeting #3: We go through the unique Recipe Bundle I curated for you based on the previous 2 meetings.  It will contain a mix of meal, snack and dessert options that keep your personalized needs in mind.  I will show you step-by-step how to use your customized Meal Planning Guide which you will have unlimited access to in the future.
  • You are all set for success! Use the recipes and provided Meal Plan Templates to plan your weeks full of healthy, delicious meals that work with your midlife body and not against it!

  • 4 Follow-Up Wellness Coaching Sessions (30 minutes each) to go over successes, roadblocks, metrics and mindset challenges and then modify the plan as/if needed.
  • MY SECRET SAUCE: A Laboratory Results Review Session in which I can go over any recent lab work you have had completed or get done while we are working together.  I can also recommend testing that would be helpful to you that you can discuss with your health care provider, or in some cases order on your own.  In this session we can discuss what information the individual lab results provide to you about your current state of health and help you to become more well-informed when working with your physician or provider to receive the best possible care and follow-up support.
  • Availability of daily support via a secure chat system using the Practice Better Client Portal or the Voxer app with same-day responses from me during the work week. This is always a client FAVORITE!
  • Check-in forms from me through the client portal to stay on track and implement any needed changes during the weeks we don’t have live coaching sessions.
  • Ability to use and easily share with me a ‘Food and Mood’ or ‘Lifestyle’ Journal via the Practice Better Client Portal for accountability and to track progress (Fit-Bit integration is also available).
