My ultimate goal is to guide women in their 40’s to optimal health so they can fully embrace and flourish in this stage of  life that is often defined by so many transitions.

If you have entered your 40’s and noticed changes such as sleep difficulties, stubborn weight and fat gain, trouble concentrating, increased anxiety, and sudden changes in your monthly cycle I want you to feel empowered and educated to make changes to improve all of these symptoms.

After working together you can expect reduced bloating, more comfortable periods, increased energy, less brain fog, improvements in mood and progress on the scale!

In general, the longer we work together, the more movement we can make towards your wellness goals.  Your current symptoms have in all liklihood developed over a long period of time and therefore will not be solved overnight. Although I recommend longer term programs, I try to offer a variety of options to suit everyone’s needs smile
